Our medically supervised weight loss program includes:

• Prescription medication
• Meal plan by Nurse Practitioner (A.R.N.P.)/ Health Educator
• Body fat analysis
• Medical follow up visits every other week
• Blood pressure and heart rate monitoring with every visit
• Vitamin B-12 injections with every visit

You are a candidate if you would like to lose a substantial amount of weight, and have no serious medical conditions.

You can participate in this program for a maximum of twelve weeks. A 30-pound weight loss is the most that can reasonably expected during this time. If you want to lose more than 30 pounds, you can use this program as an excellent kick-start to attaining your desired weight.

An EKG is required prior to starting the program. This is not included in the $199 fee. You may also bring one from your primary doctor if it is less than 60 days old.
